We are seeking a Customer Experience Executive to join our team, responsible for effective communication with customers, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Customer Experience Job Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries, aiming to satisfy their needs and maintain positive relationships.

- Calm dissatisfied customers, resolve complaints, and report issues to the Team Leader/Customer Service Manager.

- Inform customers about defects, additional work required, and gain necessary authorization.

- Proactively gather information from customers to identify and prevent potential problems.

- Provide product and service information, process orders, forms, and applications.

- Identify and escalate priority issues, answer calls, and route them appropriately.

- Keep customers informed about issues affecting their accounts or connections.

- Contact customers regarding concerns identified by JTL, such as overdue accounts or compromised networks.

- Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely settlement of agreed transactions.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Diploma in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, IT/Telecommunications, or a related field.

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in the Telecommunications industry.

- Prior experience in a Contact Centre is highly desirable.

- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
