Job Description:

As an Airport Representative based in Mombasa, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth arrival experience for guests. Your responsibilities will include handling guest arrivals, coordinating transportation, assisting with luggage, and providing VIP guests with the required assistance. You will act as the company's ambassador at the airport, promoting its products and services in adherence to standard operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle guest arrivals and coordinate transportation efficiently.

- Assist with guest luggage as required and conduct briefings for guests.

- Ensure clear communication between office and field teams regarding guest transit.

- Be the first point of contact for all scheduled flight landings, assisting incoming guests with airport logistics.

- Maintain a good relationship with networks around the airport to facilitate seamless execution of duties.

Minimum Requirements:

- Diploma in Tour Operations/Customer Care.

- Proficient in English and German Languages; knowledge of any other foreign language(s) is an added advantage.

- Willingness to work within a flexible schedule.

- 2 years of experience in the Hospitality/Tourism Sector in a similar capacity.

- Strong Customer Service and Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

- Highly developed sense of integrity.

- Commitment to customer satisfaction.

- Good time Management Skills.
