Position Overview: ICT Intern

As an ICT Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting and maintaining information technology systems and networks. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting end-user issues, conducting hardware repairs with support from ICT technicians, developing and executing company-wide device maintenance schedules, installing and configuring software and hardware, responding to ICT helpdesk tickets, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot end-user issues.

2. Conduct hardware repairs with support from ICT technicians.

3. Develop and conduct company-wide device maintenance schedules.

4. Install and configure software and hardware (printers, mobile scanners, etc.).

5. Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and data restoration.

6. Respond and resolve ICT helpdesk tickets.

7. Provide technical assistance for questions and problems.

8. Setup and deploy mobile devices.

9. Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality.

Qualifications:

- Minimum BSc in Information Technology or Computer Science.

- Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.

- Critical thinker and problem-solver.

- Certifications in IT-related courses are an added advantage.
