Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Physiotherapy Department.

2. Oversee the development and implementation of physiotherapy programs.

3. Ensure high standards of patient care and adherence to ethical standards.

4. Lead and mentor a team of physiotherapists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

5. Collaborate with other departments to enhance multidisciplinary patient care.

6. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, incorporating best practices into departmental operations.

7. Manage departmental budgets, resources, and performance metrics.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
