1. Managing Director

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Water, Environmental) or equivalent from a recognized university, or Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Social Sciences.

- Master's degree is an added advantage.

- At least 10 years of progressive work experience, with 5 years at the senior management level.

- Registered member of a relevant professional body.

- Demonstrated leadership and management capability.

- Proficient in relevant computer software.

- Excellent communication skills.

2. Commercial and Finance Manager

Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.

- Master's degree in Finance is an added advantage.

- Holder of CPAK, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.

- At least 8 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory position.

- Proficiency in accounting packages.

- Training in management is required.

- Conversant with donor reporting requirements.

3. Technical Manager

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Water Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.

- Master's degree is an added advantage.

- Professional registration by Engineers Registration Board (ERB), Institution of Engineers of Kenya (IEK), Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK) or equivalent.

- At least 6 years of hands-on experience in engineering work, with at least 3 years at senior management level.

- Knowledge and experience in GIS is an added advantage.

- Knowledge of water reforms.

- Satisfy the requirements of Chapter 6 of the constitution.

Terms of Employment:

- Contract (Three years, renewable based on performance).

Remuneration:

- An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated based on experience and responsibilities.
