What you will be doing:

- Assisting in end-to-end Supply Chain planning for the importation business

- Supporting documentation flow across different stakeholders before, during, and after shipment arrival

- Liaising with stakeholders for the implementation of pre-planned actions before shipment arrival

- Cooperating in cost analysis structures and calculating landing costs

- Following up on timelines for each process flow

What we are looking for:

- Strong communication and analytical skills

- Detail-oriented mindset

- High organizational skills

- Expertise in the Microsoft Office package

- Knowledge of Power BI

- English proficiency
