Job Description:

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing drinks, controlling beverage stock, and ensuring the smooth running of the bar. Your role involves focusing on guest satisfaction, engaging with guests, and having a good working knowledge of the beverage menus. Additionally, you'll be responsible for inputting information into the system, ensuring correct recording of drinks served, handling payment methods, and maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Food and Beverage, preferably at a luxury property

- Operational knowledge and proficiency in Point of Sale System

- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills

- Good wine knowledge and liquor proficiency

- Strong guest service orientation

- Ability to balance conflicting priorities while providing guest service
