Job Title: Collections Agent

Job Level: JL-2

Years of Experience: 1-2 years

Reporting to: Collections Associate

Compensation: Commission-based

Responsibilities:

1. Contacting debtors:

   - Initiate contact with debtors through various channels to discuss outstanding debts.

2. Negotiating payment plans:

   - Engage in negotiations with debtors to agree on suitable payment plans, considering financial circumstances and company guidelines.

3. Documentation and updates:

   - Maintain accurate records of communications and payment agreements with debtors in the database.

   - Ensure timely updates and documentation of progress.

4. Achieving targets:

   - Meet or exceed assigned collection targets, demonstrating strong motivation to maximize commission earnings.

5. Providing exceptional service:

   - Deliver high-level customer service, ensuring debtors feel respected and supported throughout the collections process.

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in collections or a related field.

- Some proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, Zoho, Hudo, Microsoft Office) is an added advantage.

- Must have a laptop.

- Having a motorbike with an active driver's license is an added advantage.
