Job Opportunity: Investment Administrator

Responsibilities:

- Lead taker of Investment committee meeting minutes.

- Administer Inkomoko Kenya’s LMS (Odoo) tracking borrower information.

- Track, file, and report on compliance with disbursements, collection, and other non-financial matters.

- Create reports on investment disbursement, closing investments, and active investments.

- File and maintain investment contracts, legal documents, and other documents.

- Manage communication between lending and other department staff.

- Analyze fee discrepancies in investment processes and ensure compliance.

- Assist with the preparation of annual reviews for projects in the investment department.

- Ensure borrowers' profiles meet Kiva standards and comply with Kiva partnership requirements.

- Coordinate with Finance to identify discrepancies and perform various accounting processes.

- Ensure investment disbursements adhere to committee approval decisions and policies.

- Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:

- University degree in finance or related field.

- Fluent in English and Swahili; other languages are an additional asset.

- Experience in investment management and access to finance for MSMEs in Kenya.

- Strong attention to detail and good follow-through.

- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.

- 2+ years of work experience in relevant fields.

- Must be able to legally work in Kenya.
