Regional Sales Manager
Reporting to:Deputy Head of Sales
Role Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and communicate sales targets for the region.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support Sales Team Leads in the field.
- Own regional sales targets, ensuring 100% achievement through team empowerment.
- Manage agent distribution, resolve issues, and ensure clear understanding of commission structures.
- Lead joint fieldwork and weekly training to drive agent recruitment.
- Build business through networking for partnership opportunities and relationship-building.
- Analyze competitor activities and identify business development opportunities.
- Manage and support Sales Team Leads, ensuring they have necessary tools for success.
- Ensure achievement of sales KPIs through regular check-ins with Sales Team Leads.
- Attend industry events to generate leads and promote the business.
- Align team activities with the sales strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of leadership experience managing teams.
- Local language proficiency, willingness for door-to-door sales and farm visits.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Experience in solar/off-grid pump systems is advantageous.

Sales Team Lead

Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager
Tenure:Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Source, identify, and recruit goal-oriented sales agents.
- Train and onboard sales agents for success in meeting company KPIs.
- Carry out daily and weekly check-ins for maximum team productivity.
- Track lead generation and selling processes.
- Coordinate aftersales customer service for brand strength.
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to establish clear sales KPIs.
- Monitor and push for number closures to meet sales targets.
- Establish rapport with clients and communities to ensure utilization of allocated clusters.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales in the energy sector.
- Track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan strategically and meet targets.
- Passion for irrigation with in-depth industry knowledge.
- Independent thinker with proactive decision-making capabilities.
- Comfortable in dynamic environments.
- Diploma or degree is an added advantage.
Field Engineer
Position: Field Engineer - SunCulture
Work Type: Fixed Term Contract
Reporting to:Engineering Team Lead
Role type:Fixed Term Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake site visits for pre-feasibility and feasibility information collection.
- Install SunCulture products within set timelines.
- Proactively identify and resolve job risks during installations.
- Conduct technical surveys and submit reports to engineering team leads.
- Design irrigation systems and provide aftersales services.
- Mentor and train new engineers in the field.
- Guide clients through contract filling and submission.
- Contact clients, set preferred dates, and sync job submission forms.
- Report emerging issues and work closely with after-sales department.
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience with solar grid pump systems and irrigation systems.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and strong execution skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- In-depth industry knowledge adaptable for SunCulture.
- Strong computer skills (GSuite, Microsoft Office), CAD experience a plus.
- Comfortable working under pressure in dynamic environments.
