Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent (Master’s degree preferred).

- Minimum of twelve years of work experience with at least five years in senior management positions.

- Proven track record in sales, marketing, customer experience, and business partnership management.

- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and customer journey mapping.

- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

2. Head of ICT

Responsibilities:

As the Head of ICT, the successful candidate will provide strategic leadership in the ICT function to support AA Kenya's network and facilitate informed decision-making. This role involves overseeing ICT systems maintenance, enhancing internal business operations, managing teams' performance, and handling budgeting and procurement activities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business IT/Software Engineering or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

- Minimum of ten years of experience in software development or systems management, with at least three years in a senior leadership role.

- Proficiency in computer systems, networks, and ICT project management.

- Membership of a professional IT body.

- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

3. PR and Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

The PR and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and leading the PR, communications, and marketing vision for AA Kenya. This role involves aligning public relations strategies with the organization's strategic direction, enhancing brand visibility, and managing reputation across various platforms.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in PR, Marketing, or related field.

- Minimum of eight years' work experience, with at least two years in a leadership role.

4. Management Accountant

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

- MBA in finance (preferred).

- CPA(K) or ACCA qualification.

5. Business Performance Analyst

8. Internal Audit Officer

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit and Risk, the Internal Audit Officer provides assurance on the adequacy, efficiency, and effectiveness of AA Kenya's internal controls. Responsibilities include conducting audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related Course.

- Certified Public Accountants (CPA) finalist.

- Two years' work experience in a similar role.

- Professional membership of ICPAK/ISACA/IIA.

- Professional qualification in ACCA, CIA, or CISA preferred.

- Experience in developing, implementing, or maintaining quality management systems.

9. AA Kenya Destinations Digital Content Creator

Responsibilities:

The AA Kenya Destinations Digital Content Creator is responsible for creating and maximizing social media content, with a priority on the YouTube platform for AA Kenya's destinations. Responsibilities include producing films, photography, audio, and digital content to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or related field.

- Prior experience as a YouTuber, Vlogger, or similar role in the travel industry recommended.

- Portfolio of published articles.

- Proficiency in video and audio editing software.

- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

10. Graduate Driving School Instructor Trainees

Responsibilities:

Graduate Driving School Instructor Trainees are responsible for preparing lesson plans, supporting online student learning platforms, and providing practical instructions on road safety, traffic laws, and driving techniques.
