Summary

Embassy Nairobi is seeking a qualified Supply Clerk (Expendables) to perform clerical tasks related to the issuance and inventory of administrative supplies for ICASS agencies. This position involves generating reports, conducting annual inventories, and working under supervision.


Qualifications and Evaluations:

Experience: At least one year of experience in a supply management position utilizing inventory database software.

Job Knowledge:oficient in the general use of inventory database software, good working knowledge of MS Word, and basic knowledge of MS Excel.

Education:Completion of secondary school is required.

Language: Level 3 proficiency in English (reading/speaking/writing) and Level 2 proficiency in Kiswahili (reading/speaking/writing).

Skills and Abilities: Good written and oral English communication skills, ability to perform duties with minimal supervision, operate material handling equipment, possess a valid motor vehicle license, and have customer service understanding.
