K.R.A Graduate Trainees Job Application

 

The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) serves as the primary revenue collector for the Government of Kenya, with a core mission to lead Kenya towards financial self-sufficiency through effective tax revenue mobilization. As part of this mission, KRA is actively seeking dedicated and high-integrity young Kenyan individuals to join its Graduate Trainee (GT) Program. This program is designed for university graduates from recognized institutions and is tailored to nurture future experts in tax administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Administration and/or support of relevant Tax and Customs Laws.

- Enforcing compliance with relevant Laws.

Requirements for Engagement as a Graduate Trainee

- Must be a Kenyan citizen aged 28 years and below (not having celebrated their 28th birthday as of 29th October 2023).

- Must hold a Mean Grade of at least C+ in KCSE or its equivalent, with a minimum of C+ in both English and Mathematics.

- Must possess an undergraduate degree from a recognized university. Graduates with degrees in fields like Petroleum/Chemical/Marine engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Cybersecurity, Geospatial, Medicine, Radiography, Pharmacy, Animal health, Veterinary medicine, and Food technology are especially encouraged to apply.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software applications.
