Eligibility Criteria:

- International students worldwide are eligible.

- Bachelor’s degree for Master’s program and Master’s degree for Ph.D. program applicants.

- Must meet language proficiency requirements of the chosen department.

- Excellent academic records required.

Benefits:

- Monthly stipend of NTD 8,000 (USD 267) for Master’s students.

- Ph.D. stipend: NTD 10,000 (USD 333) for specific colleges, NTD 15,000 (USD 500) for others.

- Tuition fee waiver up to NTD 65,000 (USD 2,167) for the first semester.

- Ongoing semesters will have the same tuition fee waiver.

Available Departments:

- Departments cover various fields including literature, languages, history, philosophy, physics, chemistry, engineering, agriculture, business, and more.

Duration:

- Master’s: Up to 2 years

- Ph.D.: Up to 4 years

2. Fill the 2024 application form.

3. Upload required documents: CV, study plan, degree certificates, transcripts, 2 recommendation letters, proof of language proficiency.
