1. Deputy Chief of Party

Job Summary:

The Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) will provide overall technical oversight of the USAID Dumisha Afya Program, focusing on facility and community-level service delivery. The DCOP will ensure the implementation of high-impact interventions, meet project goals, and coordinate with stakeholders and partners.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Envision and lead the implementation of Core Care Models.

- Provide oversight of community-level initiatives.

- Serve as Deputy to the Chief of Party.

- Support the COP in program vision and extramural funding.

- Oversee administrative fiduciary responsibilities.

- Represent USAID Dumisha Afya in various forums.

- Work closely with the M&E team for data collection.

- Provide oversight for the implementation of pharmaceutical care.

- Other duties as assigned.

2. Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Specialist

   - Position: 1

   - Sites:Bungoma County

   - Job Group:RS 15

Job Summary:

The MEL Specialist will lead the design and implementation of the program monitoring and evaluation framework. Responsibilities include data analysis, quality assurance, development of SOPs, and supporting communication of outcomes to stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and implementation of the M&E system.

- Provide technical assistance in the development and application of M&E processes.

- Ensure data quality through verification procedures.

- Apply Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting (CLA) principles.

- Supervise data production, storage, and analysis.

- Develop and revise MEL processes and SOPs.

- Support communication of outcomes to stakeholders.

- Develop and implement the Quarterly/annual PMP.

- Lead results reporting to USAID.

- Coordinate M&E capacity-building activities.

- Other duties as assigned.
